A new service release is available here: .netchviewer 2.1.1.0 (released 10. November 2010). It’s tested with Windows 7 64 bit and fixes a bug in Replay Matches.
Windows Vista comes with .net Framework 2.0, and normally it should already be available also on your Windows XP. If not you could download it here: .net Framework 2.0 from Microsoft

Version 2.0 does not work anymore because HTs have changed major parts of the files. Therefore please download 2.1, this works without problems.

you won’t find additional soundsets here. It’s just an option to import so you could share your own sounds with your friends.
